Bill 108 is clearly suited for developers’ interests. I find it irresponsible to pass a bill that will let developers pay to break the law, while ignoring scientific evidence about the environment. Read more

I am against schedule 3 of bill 108. I know that these pay to develope with regards to species at risk will become "pay to slay legistation". This takes us backwards after what has been accomplished in the last 12 years. Read more

By providing developers with free reign, you are putting the Toronto at a disadvantage. The fees provided by developers are used to support the increased populations that will be living in the new communities. Read more

Bill 108 will slash supports for growing community services and halt progress on projects and initiatives that are already underway. The so-called "intent" of the bill, to reduce the cost of housing and increase supply, does not reflect what the bill contains. Read more
