Well it’s about time that common sense prevails. Now if you can work on some provisions for small clubs who spray very little (if at all) a break on the annual fees.

Maintain current restrictions on neonics, including third-party verification and reporting requirements, and work toward a comprehensive ban on these chemicals. It is vital that our government support STRONGER environmental and climate actions.
These changes are short-sighted. Pollinators are important to crop stability and food security. Neonics are highly toxic to bees and other beneficial organisms. The proposed changes stand to allow neonics to impact these pollinator species. Please do not backtrack on our current regulations.

Pesticides, neonicotinoids and others, are known to cause serious harm to both wild and domestic insects, and have been pointed as one of the main drivers of pollinator collapse. This in turn is damaging birds and other wildlife.

Give me bees, butterflies, bugs and dandelions and safe space for children to play over cosmetics any day. Pesticides work their way up the food change and affect all of us. Keep them banned.
