We are generally supportive of the proposed consolidation of the ECA processes, subject to further clarification of some items and suggested modifications, as noted.

Overall, the City of Richmond Hill is in favour of the changes that are being proposed within the Consolidated Linear ECA for Stormwater initiative.
We believe that stormwater should be brought to the same management level as water and wastewater systems are at today.
