Overall, the City of Richmond Hill is in favour of the changes that are being proposed within the Consolidated Linear ECA for Stormwater initiative.
We believe that stormwater should be brought to the same management level as water and wastewater systems are at today.
The comments included in the Design Criteria and the ECA template are the City’s recommendations to strengthen the outcomes for stormwater management in Ontario.
