On April 1, 2020, the Ontario Government made a temporary regulation to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak. Ontario Regulation 115/20 exempts all proposals for policies, acts, regulations and instruments from posting requirements under the EBR until 30 days after the declared emergency is terminated.

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Air) for 1499545 Ontario Inc., a mobile construction and demolition material recycling facility operating in various parts of the Province of Ontario.

This application includes all emission sources from the facility that exhaust to the atmosphere including one (1) tub grinder, one (1) excavator, and one (1) shredder.

Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include carbon monoxide, particulate matter, nitrogen oxides, and noise.
