Why consultation isn't required
On April 1, 2020, the Ontario Government made a temporary regulation to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak. Ontario Regulation 115/20 exempts all proposals for policies, acts, regulations and instruments from posting requirements under the EBR until 30 days after the declared emergency is terminated.
Proposal details
This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Sewage) to be issued to 1921753 Ontario Ltd., for the construction of a stormwater management works system in support of a proposed residential development located at 20 Miller Drive, City of Hamilton, Ontario.
The sewage works will be provided through the installation of oversized storm sewers, orifice plates and an oil and grit separator unit, designed to provide quantity and quality control; discharging into the Ancaster Creek Watershed, via an existing storm sewer system.
