Why consultation isn't required
On April 1, 2020, the Ontario Government made a temporary regulation to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak. Ontario Regulation 115/20 exempts all proposals for policies, acts, regulations and instruments from posting requirements under the EBR until 30 days after the declared emergency is terminated.
Proposal details
This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Industrial Sewage) for Tricol Developments Limited.
This application is for the use of existing storm and sanitary sewer infrastructure located along the frontage within the property at 123 Great Gulf Drive, in the City of Vaughan, Ontario. This existing private infrastructure is connected to the municipal sewer on Great Gulf Drive and has been extended northwesterly to service the property at 99 Great Gulf Drive, in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.
This application is also for stormwater management works located at 99 Great Gulf Drive, comprising of an infiltration trench facility for stormwater volume reduction and surface storage detention for water quantity control, and will discharge to the private storm sewer on 123 Great Gulf Drive.
