Why consultation isn't required
On April 1, 2020, the Ontario Government made a temporary regulation to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak. Ontario Regulation 115/20 exempts all proposals for policies, acts, regulations and instruments from posting requirements under the EBR until 30 days after the declared emergency is terminated.
Proposal details
This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Sewage) to be issued to Haylock Farm Ltd., in support of a proposed residential development located on a land legally described as part of Broken Front Lot 4, Southeast Side of River (municipally known as 133 South River Road), Reference Plan 61R-2640, in the Township of Centre Wellington, Ontario.
The sewage works consists of storm sewers for the collection, transmission and disposal of stormwater run-off from the site; discharging within the into the Grand River.
The proposed sanitary sewers will convey flows to the existing system on Haylock Avenue.
