I think this legislation is fundamentall wrong. It will weaken Ontario's conservations authorities and as a result will weaken our protection of the environment and our protection of landowners. It is shortsighted an caters only to land developers. Read more

The proposed change will create a single province wide regulation for all CA’s to implement. It will also remove Conservation of Land and Pollution from what CA's regulate. This will impact the CA’s ability to maintain important ecosystem services. Read more
