As a concerned resident of Guelph, I am asking that you expand the Greenbelt to include the whole of the Paris-Galt Moraine, as well as the urban river valleys through Guelph. I would like you to add the south end of Guelph, known as the Clair-Maltby area, into the expanded areas of the Greenbelt. Read more

I am in favour of the preservation and expansion of the existing greenbelt. My concern is that insufficient amount of permeable land will affect water flow, increase the risk of flooding, impact our sources of fresh water and affect the value of our houses. Read more

The Study Area is not big enough. We need to protect the whole Grand River Watershed from Dundalk to Lake Erie. Several municipalities get their drinking water from the Grand River watershed, so it is vital for future generations that we protect their drinking water. Read more

I would love to see growth of the greenbelt around the urban watershed (rivers and streams that feed Lake Ontario). The health of these rivers and streams is important to the health of the surrounding lands and the health of the biodiversity that exists in the GTHA. Read more
