I strongly support the removal of the 5 year expiry of the AOP certificate. I believe this is an excellent move and wish for it to proceed without hesitation.
I appreciate the time savings, the financial savings and the desire to reduce red tape in Ontario Agriculture.

I support the proposal to remove the 5-year expiry of Agricultural Operation Planning (AOP) certificate. However, farms that prepare their own Nutrient Management Strategy should be inspected:
- 1 year after a Record of Approval is granted for their farm/farm unit
