I think this a good and need amendment to the process. Many small and medium craft breweries want to do their part of meet Provincial environmental regulations, but do not have the financial and human resources to invest in getting it done.

From an economic development perspective, streamlining this process allows for small business and entrepreneurship to flourish in a beer production environment at an entry level. This allows for scalability.
