1) dye tests on the aquafir and how this may or may not flow into Springside Park and the community fish hatchery which operates there.

I oppose Tomlinson’s proposal due to the health issues it will cause regarding air and water quality in our town. There will be a steady stream of trucks and dust as well as emissions from this company’s undertakings. There will be runoff.

As a resident of the Town of Greater Napanee, I have opposed the original amendment application by Tomlinson seeking rezoning approval to permit a permanent asphalt plant on the proposed property.

I am very concerned about this proposal and the effects it will have on the town of Napanee. The location of this proposed asphalt plant is within less than 1km of residential areas, downtown Napanee and the Napanee river.

The town voted no on this. This vote should be upheld. Town council voted no because the people of the town this will greatly effect don't want it. It is close to schools (one of which both of my kids attend) a lake and lots of farm land.

I believe that this is not a suitable location for a permanent Hot Asphalt Plant for a multitude of reasons.
For one, the proximity to the downtown core, as well as residential homes, is far too close.
