I'm not a fan of this entire Bill, but to comment on this regulation I believe that the parkland rate should be reconsidered. By adjusting the rate to one hectare per 600 units you may end up will some pretty unliveable neighbourhoods. Read more

By not allowing municipalities to charge Development Charges it will result in higher taxes for all citizens. It will also mean that improvements that are often needed (i.e. increased garbage pickup or parkland) with increased density have no form of funding. Read more
