Application has been made by Bruno’s Contracting (Thunder Bay) Limited to vary a condition of the current licence(s) to authorize an increase in the number of tonnes of aggregate to be removed in a calendar year. The current licence(s) to authorize an increase in the number of tonnes of aggregate to be removed in a calendar year. The current licence(s) condition states that “It is a condition of this licence that no more than 25,000 tonnes of material be removed in any one calendar year”. Bruno’s Contracting (Thunder Bay) Limited has requested that the tonnage limit be increased to 100,000 tonnes annually.
