There is a creek that runs through the golf course and that is the water course they will be taking water from--not the Pefferlaw River. The creek flows into the Pefferlaw River and phosphorus levels are already a problem. Read more

The amount of water will negatively affect the lake let alone the chemical run off not only will affect the lake but the surrounding wetlands and all wildlife. I’ve seen a major decline in the waters over the last few years. Read more

This should not be allowed. We need to think carefully because the Pefferlaw River will become exactly like the Maskinonge River in Keswick. It is pretty close to it already. The Black River in Sutton looks nothing like the creek that the golf course is attached to. Read more
