Erie Sand & Gravel Limited seeks a significant site plan amendment to import up to 10,000,000 cubic metres of excess soil to this site for final rehabilitation. This would also require a significant site plan amendment to the existing final rehabilitation of the site to allow for this beneficial reuse.
