This would also require a significant site plan amendment to the existing final rehabilitation of the site to allow for this beneficial reuse.
Public consultation opportunities
The proposal request for this change to the site plan is being circulated within the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. Additionally, notification of this application has been forwarded to the Municipality of Leamington and the County of Essex for comment.
