This proposal is for the approval of stormwater management works to serve the proposed condominium, consisting of 13 single detached residential units, located at 112 Sideroad 19 in the Municipality of Centre Wellington, County of Wellington.
The proposed stormwater management works consist of an oil/grit separator and a wetland type stormwater management facility for quantity and quality control.
The wetland type facility discharges to the Municipal Drain No. 4 (Township of Nichol).
