I agree that the MZO should be revoked. The proponent does not appear to have intended to move forward with the proposed project. The listing of this property for sale after receiving and MZO by the proponent makes a mockery of the MZO process and the governments integrity.

I absolutely agree with revoking this MZO, the owners clearly had no intention of following through. The worst part is the owner tried flipping the property at a MASSIVE profit with the rezoning as a selling feature. It is sad that agricultural land was lost because of this MZO. Read more

We have purchased a nearby property. And as we get to know the area, my concern, if the "medical campus" is built, is for the loss of prime land and contamination of the waterways that go through and around the proposed site. Read more
