We own a home on Highway 21 south on the edge of Dresden. We purchased our property May of 2023 and fell in love with this town. We are very disappointed with this proposal. With all the trucks going through it will destroy the roads and we do not want the traffic going past our house.

Mollys creek located behind the proposed expanded site feeds into the Sydenham river which flows through the community of Dresden and beyond. Leachate is a concern as the topography slopes towards town.

I would like an explanation as to why lot 29841 Irish School Road is listed as part of this proposal. This is my address and has been for 51 years. I am confused as to why this is included in this and what it means.
Very close to the town of Dresden. Will the smell reach the town? Will it be an eyesore being so close?

I am very concerned about the increased truck traffic that will be travelling down Hwy 21 and through Dresden, which is right by both an elementary school and a high school. Our crossing guard was taken away years ago and we have already had a child get hit by a car since then.

As a Dresden resident and homeowner of a century farm that has been in the family for generations this would be a catastrophic decision for the beautiful town of Dresden. Our water was contaminated from the Wind turbines project and this could potentially affect our land and air quality.

I will be absolutely furious if this dump proposal gets approved. I moved my entire family from Kitchener ON to Dresden to get my family away from traffic and noise pollution last year. We live on the edge of town, less than a three minute drive to the proposed site.

As a landowner in Dresden this depreciates my property value.

How can it seem like a smart decision to come into a quaint little town and think “Hey, you know what this little town needs? It needs a landfill!” There are large farm properties for sale all over southwestern Ontario and some are in the middle of nowhere and much closer to the 401.

No thanks, fine a more rural spot that is not right outside of a up and coming town!
