I am strongly opposed to the amendment in Bill 162, which allow expropriation without environmental assessment and without proof that the expropriation in necessary, and I want Schedule 1 to be removed from Bill 162. In Waterloo Region expropriation of the farms of 7 families has been threatened. Read more

The region of Waterloo has developed a very good plan. It was developed by intelligent , non partisan people. Please respect this well thought out plan. We rely on ground water and the grand river. These water sources must be protected. Our farmland must be protected. Read more
