We are not pleased that we would have no say in any land acts.
The public should always have a voice especially when it affects land owners beside the properties.

It is extremely important to involve the public and allow the opportunity for the public to appeal the adoption or amendment of Official Plans and Zoning By-Laws to the Tribunal.
I strongly oppose removing these rights from the public.
From my understanding, Bill 185 will not provide better homes for more people. Instead it will open the door for urban sprawl and higher taxes to pay for the need infrastructure. We need more affordable housing in areas that are already serviced.
