This area used to be a family friendly area. But the traffic on Weston Rd and Langstaff has become unbearable and quite frankly, extremely dangerous. My family will not leave our house between the hours of 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM because of the obscene amount of traffic. Read more

Please listen to the citizens of this community who are unanimously opposed to this development. There is not a single individual who resides in this community who is in favour of this development which only benefits the wealthy developers and politicians who support them. Read more

Hello - I would like to urge the Minister to not approve a Minister’s Zoning Order for the development at 661-681 Chrislea Road in Woodbridge, Ontario. This development proposal should go through the full approvals process including proper public consultation for many reasons outlined below. Read more

As a resident of Weston Downs for over 34 years, I and my family are extremely concerned with this plan to build 32-story buildings at Langstaff & Criesly. The proposed 4, 32 storey buildings at Langstaff and Weston Rd would be disastrous! The traffic in this area is already horrific, you can not work backwards, you need the infrastructure before you bring that many people into area. Read more

I think this proposal to build such high density buildings in such a small space, without doing a proper impact study and not taking into consideration the additional demands on the already overtaxed supporting infrastructure, such as water, sewage, electricity, accesibility, is a recipe for disaste Read more

I object and disapprove as a community the use of Municipal Zoning Order to approve the four 32+ storey apartment buildings at Langstaff and Hwy 400 (gas station plaza). This is not seen as an urgent need or official proposal to allow this build to take place as per due diligence and rights.
