We were encouraged to buy our residence in Woodbridge by the stated fact that there will never be a high rise in the area, nor asphalt drive way or plazas. Opening Langstaff to 400 was not there but we lived with it when it opened.

This project is completely unacceptable.
As a resident of Woodbridge for over 40 years I have watched our vibrant town turn into a congested, crime-infested, over-populated city.

Langstaff and 400 on ramp are already congested, how can you allow the use of the MZO which eliminates the need for a transportation study? We have already traffic grid lock on Langstaff in this area

I am a resident of the neighbourhood and frequently (several times a week) drive though the intersection where the buildings construction is proposed. I cannot understand why this meets the MZO requirements as this does not seem an urgent and critical decision.
This proposal is not urgent and the use of the MZO process is abusive as it is a direct attempt to circumvent public input and proper planning, transportation and zoning studies. The reasons for this urgency should be carefully considered.

This makes level of density and congestion makes absolutely no sense. Langstaff is only 2 lanes and there is only southbound access to the 400 from these condos. . There is no access from the 407 to the 400 to get to these condos.

no to the proposed 32 " storey building on langstaff and 400 .
they population density of this area will be greatly increased without any offering for schools , rec center , outdoor gathering areas , police fire etc etc.
these buildings also displace wildlife ie hawks and owls and such.

STOP THE PROPOSAL!
-There is already gridlock at rush hours to access the highway 400 ramps. Another 4 32+ storey apartments would be a terrible idea, especially without a transportation study.

I do not support the approval of four 32+ storey appartment buildings on Langstaff and Hwy 400. Weston Rd/Langstaff area is already super busy traffic wise and there is no way current infrastructure can support additional traffic caused by these buildings.

It makes no sense to push this through without proper studies. This development will change the Woodbridge community for the worse in terms of traffic, employment opportunities, overcrowding, and more.

I am concerned about the decision-making process around the development at Langstaff and 400, particularly the use of a Ministerial Zoning Order (MZO) and the lack of sufficient infrastructure planning and assessment.
This cannot proceed without expanding access onto the Hwy400 from Langstaff both North and South and exit from Hwy400 to Langstaff both East and West. Total irresponsible as it relates to traffic management if this is not a critical condition to the proposal.
My family and I oppose the 32 plus storey apartment buildings at Langstaff and Hwy400.
The area is congested as is and the infrastructure will not support it.
I do not agree with this proposal, I do not believe that thorough investigation regarding the infrastructure or urban planning has been adequately conducted to accommodate such a substantial addition to our already congested population and roads in this area of Vaughan.

I strongly oppose the proposed development at Weston Road and Rutherford ! The increased density will place an additional burden on the already strained resources in the area, not to mention the additional traffic congestion and crime it will create.

I am totally opposed to the construction of these buildings. The buildings at Weston Road and Highway 7 have added horrible traffic delays. With the proposed construction of these 4 extra buildings, we will be blocked from moving anywhere.
