This proposal is for an amendment to the existing Permit to Take Water No. 0033-9QLQ96 for an increase in daily volume in PW1 and PW4 for a cheese production plant in Cambridge, Ontario. Details of the water taking are as follows:

The proposed water taking qualifies as a Category 1 permit.
