Please do not issue a MZO. MZOs do not listen to the community. And building on a natural area sends a very poor message. Housing and places of worship are essential, a house of worship beside houses creates community, but we can not be destroying nature to build. Read more

I object to this proposal. It is an employment area that employs me and 100's of my co-workers. The recent big box retail development has already caused congestion, added pollution, lost productivity and my biggest concern is for safety. Read more

As a person who works in this area, I am greatly concerned with the increase in volume of traffic (foot and road) over the last year. Adding an add'l 200+ family rental units and a place of worship will only significantly add to the congestion.

I find it absolutely ridiculous that the idea of demolishing a mosque where muslims congregrate and pray is being proposed. There is several other areas in Toronto and outside of Toronto to build this complex. Why does it have to be in this area specifically? Read more

65 Rexdale is house of worship built and developed by the help and 100 percent donations of muslims community. It should be a public trust and no one should have rights to develop any housing or commercial buildings to earn money. My suggestion is to leave the property as is. Read more
