Seems like proposing more residential building so close to a asphalt facility that injects toxins and chemicals into the air daily doesn't seem like the best development options unless the are area is re zoned to disallow asphalt production so close to residents.
Nearby Ingram Asphalt spews smelly, toxic smoke into the air, putting residents at risk for health issues.
They have been known to repeatedly offend/not adhere to guidelines and nearby residents are really getting frustrated and scared for their & their children’s well-being.
