Stop all of it. The whole plan for Ontario Place is wrong. The decision to put untreated sewage into the lake is a really bad idea. Cancel the deal and put the money you would have spent on it into infrastructure such as upgrading the sewer system. Read more

I am against the proposal because of the likelihood of contamination to the public use waterway. Paddlers and rowers are using the waterway everyday and should not be restricted from physical health activities due to government short comings of funds and infrastructure management. Read more

I am appalled that this proposal is being considered. It is important to keep the Great Lakes sewage free- and for us to take care of the lakes, including Lake Ontario! Run-off into the lake after heavy rains already impacts water quality, and adding raw sewage to the mix will not help. Read more

Ontario Place was originally designed as public access to the waterfront, a green space in the city and an educational recreational destination. With all the trees cut down and the current spa plan it will become a private refuse for the very wealthy. Read more

I fervently urge the Ontario government to follow best practices in dealing with sewage and waste water sent into our beautiful waterfront. Our tax dollars have long been spent in separating these two systems for the health and benefit of residents, wildlife and visitors to Toronto. Read more

Please do not allow the temporary combined sewer proposed for 955 Lakeshore Blvd. It is not acceptable for any sewage to overflow into the lake. Any lake. Our province needs environmental protection. We do not want or need any developments that further degrade our natural environment. Read more
