Proposal details
This proposal is to amend the Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 8076-4HNMR2 for Camalor Mfg. Inc., a fabricated metal product manufacturing facility, located in the City of Brockville, Ontario.
This application is to reflect changes to operations and equipment including the removal of various electrocoating and processing equipment throughout the site, replacing fans, and replacing welding techniques from tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding to metal inert gas (MIG) welding.
The sources at the facility include:
- welding stations
- water tanks
- natural gas fired burners
- bake ovens
- burn off ovens
- exhaust fans, and
- fume hoods
Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:
- copper oxide
- iron oxide
- manganese and manganese compounds
- nickel and nickel compounds
- nitrogen oxides, and
- noise
