I strongly oppose Bill 5. As an Ontario resident and new mother, I urge the provincial government to retract this bill. I want strong environmental protection so that my son grows up in a province that respects laws that protect natural wildlife. I strongly oppose short cuts for the industry.

Shame on you! Smarmy and backhanded way to favour developers. Do not proceed with Bill 5. We need ecological protections and Bill 5 is going backwards on this. How selfish to think that destruction of flora and fauna is “progress”. Please do NOT proceed with Bill 5. Read more

As an Ontarian and someone who believes in conservancy over bulldozing for profit, I strongly oppose Bill 5! The bill is an egregious power grab and will ensure continued devastation of important ecosystems and species in Ontario.
