This is egregious and needs to be stopped. We've all seen the fiasco highlighted in the NYT. Please shut this down, and reopen as a public space. Residents have never wanted this spa, and bills like this will hurt our city!
I strongly oppose Schedule 8 of the Protect Ontario by Unleashing our Economy Act 2025. The Environmental Bill of Rights, 1993 allows for public participation and for informing the public about environmentally significant activities, and Schedule 8 eliminates this for Ontario Place.
