Original proposal
Proposal details
This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to establish sanitary and stormwater management works structures servicing a proposed Volta Estate Winery, a hospitality venue, restaurant and a residence, complete with gravel laneways, parking and grass areas located at 17945 Loyalist Parkway, south of the Greer Road and Loyalist Parkway intersection in the Settlement Area of Rosehall, County of Prince Edward, Ontario.
The septic sewage works will operate at a cumulative design flow 23,491 litres per day and will consist of two level IV Tertiary Treatment Systems with Type A Dispersal Beds. The stormwater management works include storm sewers, swales, and a quality control wet pond, accompanied by an oil and grit separator, discharging via an existing ditch toward Hubs Creek, within the Huycks Bay Watershed.
