This proposal is to amend the Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 9205-6TKPTF for Shell Canada OP Inc. and Shell Canada Limited as general partners for and on behalf of Shell Canada Products, a petroleum refinery located in the Township of St. Clair, Ontario.
