This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) for Walker Aggregates Inc.,located at 381769 Concession 4, in the Town of Hanover, Ontario.

This application is for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of washwater from an aggregate washing plant and stormwater run-off. The washing operation is a standard re-circulating system in which water is withdrawn from the freshwater pond, used within the washing operation, discharged into a series of two settling ponds for treatment, and released back into the freshwater pond for re-use. The three cell pond system is a closed-loop system and there will be no discharge.
