This project has taken far to long and needs to be started asap. I live in the neighborhood and also work as a cook for the Good Shepherd so I understand the need for affordable housing in this area and in the city. Thank you.

Just wow. In a city full of homeless people we have to explain why this would be beneficial ? Of course an MZO is necessary asap if it means less people in public spaces trying to survive with no shelter.

Just down the street at our church, Christ's Church Cathedral 252 James N, we host a drop in for people without housing. We see 150 people daily. They are desperate for housing. Lire davantage

I've lived in Hamilton for about 10 years now, and I believe that area of the city has been abandoned since even before then. It's definitely a great area to build housing and fix, and considering we live in a housing crisis it's a no brainer to use that area for development!
