This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to establish private stormwater management works owned by SCAL Properties Ltd., to service a proposed Equipment Storage Yard Facility for the collection, transmission, treatment, and disposal of stormwater runoff from a property legally described as Lot 20, Concession 4, in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Regional Municipality of York, Ontario.
The proposed sewage works will include grass swales, culverts, Oil and Grit Separators, sewers, and wet stormwater management ponds for quantity and quality control, discharging within the East Holland River Watershed.
