Decision details
A change to Aggregate Resources Act (ARA) Licence No. 625233 site plan was approved by the Director on July 24, 2026.
This approval authorizes the following site plan amendments:
- Amend Hours of Operation to add the ability to operate between 8am – 3pm on Saturdays
- Removal of Note “Loading and Trucking of Granular Material for Construction and Maintenance of Roads will be Completed in a 4-to-5-week timeframe”
- To remove the note on the Operational Plan: “A Portable Crusher will operate for two weeks in the Fall.”

Due to the ERO outage beginning May 20, the comment period for this notice has been extended to June 15th, 2026 to ensure adequate time for public review.

Application has been made by Township of East Garafraxa to amend the current site plan to allow the following:
