Application has been made by Township of East Garafraxa to amend the current site plan to allow the following:
- Amend Hours of Operation to add the ability to operate between 8am – 3pm on Saturdays
- Removal of Note “Loading and Trucking of Granular Material for Construction and Maintenance of Roads will be Completed in a 4-to-5-week timeframe”
- To remove the note on the Operational Plan: “A Portable Crusher will operate for two weeks in the Fall.”
The applicant submitted an updated site plan to support their amendment application.

Additionally, notification of this application has been forwarded to the Township of East Garafraxa, Dufferin County, Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks, Grand River Conservation Authority for comment.
