Proposal details
The new Bruce County Official Plan proposes to replace the current Official Plan to guide future growth and development to the year 2046. The new Bruce County Official Plan is intended to set out the vision and aspirations of Bruce County while having regard for matters of provincial interest under the Planning Act. The new Bruce County Official Plan, if approved, would provide direction to local official plans and zoning by-laws, and function as the official plan for areas not covered by local official plans.
