Approval is granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for industrial stormwater management works serving Lavis Contracting Co. Limited, located at 37462A Huron Road, in the Municipality of Central Huron, Ontario.

This approval is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of stormwater management facilities owned by 685109 Ontario Limited, in support of a proposed Plaza Development; for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from a site  at 17557 Woodbine Avenue, in the Town of East Gwillimbury.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Robert E. Young Construction Ltd. to allow extraction below the water table to an elevation of 83.5m

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Erie Sand & Gravel Limited to import 800,000m3 of excess soil to facilitate modifications to the final rehabilitated landform in the Town of Kingsville.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-25-000253 to Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

The Ministry has approved e-Cycle Solutions Inc. to amend its existing Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA No. 3855-ANGLJG) for a waste disposal site located at 7510 Bren Road in the City of Mississauga, within the Regional Municipality of Peel.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-7375393959 was issued to Drewlo Holdings Inc. on February 24, 2026 for heat pump purposes. Water will be taken from Lake Huron in the City of Sarnia, County of Lambton, Ontario for 10 years.

This approval is for amendment to the existing Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) No. 8603-DD8S8N serving Walker Aggregates Inc. for the Ridgemount Quarry located in Fort Erie, Ontario. This ECA amendment is being requested to change the wash plant pond locations on-site.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval to Cancoil Corporation for establishment of a stormwater management Works structure servicing their manufacturing facility, complete with developed parking and truck marshalling yard areas, located at 933 Innovation Drive in the City of Kingston, Ontario.
