Permit to Take Water No. 0657-C6XQC8 for Strabag Scarborough Project Inc. was amended on November 29, 2022, to increase the water taking at the site (Permit No. 1835-CLLLMU).Water will be taken from one well system for construction dewatering purposes at 4700 Sheppard Avenue East in the City of Toronto, Ontario for three years.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to GFL Environmental Inc. The amendment allows the site to accept additional waste quantities for processing; change the service area to Canada and the United States; and update the Financial Assurance.
