Approval was granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to WrightHaven Homes Limited for stormwater management works to serve the proposed condominium consisting of 13 single detached residential units located at 112 Sideroad 19 in the Municipality of Centre Wellington, County of Wellington.

The new Official Plan for the Sudbury East Planning Area, as adopted in April, 2023, was approved subject to 21 modifications on July 15, 2025.  

Permit to Take Water No. 8745-CWJS3Y was issued on November 10, 2023 for Gott Enterprises Inc.. Water will be taken from three wells for commercial water bottling purposes in the Township of Amaranth, Ontario. The new permit expires on March 7, 2032.

Permit to Take Water No. 3085-CZ5SE6 was issued to Egerter Roofing Ltd. to renew Permit to Take Water No. 8624-98JJPY. Water will be taken from one well and one pond for golf course irrigation purposes at the Fox Run Golf Course, located in Thorold, Ontario.

The ministry has amended existing Environmental Compliance Approval No. 7929-CQYQWU issued to American Iron and Metal Company Inc. to reflect as-built conditions of industrial stormwater management works servicing 139 Steel City Court, located in the City of Hamilton, Ontario.

A decision was made on October 9, 2024 to approve, with modifications, Official Plan Amendment 38 to the Town of St. Marys Official Plan, as adopted by By-law 36-2022. Official Plan Amendment 38 implements the Town's comprehensive review of its Official Plan under sections 17 and 26 of the Planning Act.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) has been issued to The Recycling Depot GP Inc., as a general partner for, and on behalf of the Recycling Depot LP. The facility is a waste transfer and soil processing facility located in Bracebridge, Ontario.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Erie Sand & Gravel Limited in the Municipality of Leamington to increase the area of below water extraction and also import up to 10,000,000 cubic metres of excess soil to this site for final rehabilitation.

Permit to Take Water No.1385-D22K6S was issued to Silver Bay Water Inc.on February 6, 2024, to renew Permit No. 2305-97GNH7. Water will be taken from one lake for water supply purposes for 10 years.

The approved new Town of Prescott Official Plan outlines a comprehensive framework of new and revised policies to guide growth and development to 2041.
