The existing system is rated at a maximum capacity of 9000 litres per day and services the church and school facilities.

We issued an approval to 2374868 Ontario Inc. for their 75 Udine Avenue, Welland site to authorize the receipt of liquid excess soil and the dewatering of that material for reuse off-site.

Permit to Take Water No.1385-D22K6S was issued to Silver Bay Water Inc.on February 6, 2024, to renew Permit No. 2305-97GNH7. Water will be taken from one lake for water supply purposes for 10 years.
