The application for an Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility from United Malwood Sawmills Inc., for their lumber products manufacturing and distribution facility located in Spencerville, Ontario was withdrawn by the Company. An approval was not issued.

Water will be taken from two wells in Puslinch, Ontario for 10 years.

The ARA Regulation and supporting policies have been amended to clarify and streamline the process for amending an existing aggregate licence, permit or site plan (subject to conditions).

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to Lake Shore Gold Corp., for approval of the existing and new works to support Timmins West Mine mining activities, located at 8215 Highway 101 West, Bristol Township, City of Timmins, District of Cochrane.

Approval was granted for a licence amendment to allow Dufferin Aggregates, operating in the County of Brant to increase the number of tonnes of aggregate to be removed annually for Licence No. 5601, from 997,700 to 2,000,000.
