A new Sewage Works Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) was granted to Dancor Construction Limited for stormwater management at 1985 Gore Road, in the City of London.

The establishment of industrial stormwater management works at 560/600 Slate Drive Development, located in the City of Mississauga, for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from a total catchment area of 9.8 hectares, to provide enhanced level water quality protection and erosion control.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1312001504 (V1.0) was issued to ST. MARYS CEMENT INC. (CANADA) on March 06, 2025, for renewal of PTTW No. 6440-9Z5QZ5. Water will be taken from one pond for aggregate washing purposes at the Woodville Pit, located in Woodville, Ontario, for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water Number No. 3386-DD5PTQ has been issued to The Mississauga Golf and Country Club renewing Permit to Take Water No. 0245-9SYNFS for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one watercourse in the City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 4137-DEGS6F has been issued to ClubLink Corporation ULC renewing Permit to Take Water No.5386-9XBPND for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes at the Emerald Hills Golf Club. Water will be taken from two wells located at 14001 Warden Avenue in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 8215-DBWL95 has been issued to Muskoka Ski Club to renew PTTW No. 1326-9F5J3R. Water will be taken from one lake for snowmaking purposes in Huntsville, Ontario for 10 years.

On January 24, 2025, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing informed the City of Vaughan he was declining the request for the use of a Minister’s Zoning Order located at 171 Maplecrete Road, 140 & 160 Doughton Road, and Block 2 of Registered Plan 65M-4793.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-6291222423 was issued to Thomas Spence, Anne Spence on January 23, 2025, for the renewal of PTTW No. 5064-9R6LK6. Water will be taken from one lake and one well for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes at the Sheffield Greens Golf Club, located at 193 Mill Line Road in Trent Lake, Ontario.

Pursuant to section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent for a lot addition and an access easement was granted on January 21, 2025, subject to conditions.

This was an amendment to (ECA) 9530-873RPF for Brendar Environmental Recycling Inc. The amendment was to allow the site to receive, process, and transfer household hazardous, industrial hazardous, liquid industrial and non-hazardous industrial wastes in additional to the management of wastes already permitted under this approval.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent for a lot addition was granted on January 14, 2025, subject to conditions. 

The applicant had not provided the additional information required by the deadline imposed, as a result the file has been closed.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-24-000208 to ONGold Resources Ltd. for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air) has been issued to C. VILLENEUVE CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD. This approval is for the operation of a hot mix asphalt plant, located on Highway 11 approximately 10 kilometres northwest of Kapuskasing, Ontario.
