The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-25-000174 to VERAI US LLC for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

Permit to Take Water No. 6150-DJ7KC4 has been issued to 336101 Ontario Limited renewing PTTW No. 6222-9FBJFC for industrial aggregate washing purposes. Water will be taken from one pond, located on Kam Current Road in the Township of Gorham, District of Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 6328-DKGJMY was issued to The North Bay Golf and Country Club, Limited on September 29, 2025. Water will be taken from one well, one pond and one watercourse for the purpose of golf course irrigation.

Approval was granted to 756949 Ontario Ltd. For a new Environmental Compliance Approval for sewage works serving 11 Dausett Drive and 22428 Jefferies Road, Middlesex Centre, Ontario (Portion of Block 60 of the Kilworth Subdivision).

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for the establishment of stormwater management facilities was granted to Argo Bronte River Corporation, in support of a proposed Bronte River Subdivision development from a site described as part of Lot 31, Concession 2, in the Town of Oakville, Ontario.

Approval was granted for an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 4027-8W5QQG for an air and noise approval for Fowler Construction Company Limited. This is for their aggregate processing and hot mix asphalt (HMA) production facility located at 1206 Rosewarne Drive, in the Town of Bracebridge.
