The government is seeking feedback on proposed changes to various regulations under the Planning Act and the City of Toronto Act, 2006 to identify additional certified professionals for the purposes of a complete application.

This proposal is for an amendment for an Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 5654-9LPKFC for Strada Aggregates Inc., an aggregate manufacturing facility that operates in sand and gravel pits located in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.

This proposal is to amend the Environmental Compliance Approval No. 4718-972K9V issued to Gerdau Ameristeel Corporation for the installation of two evaporators at their facility in London, Ontario.
