A new ECA Approval was granted to Edward Effinger and Mary Catherine Effinger to demolish an existing cottage, construct a new cottage and new septic system located at Lot 906, Ninth Street in Belwood Lake, Township of Centre Wellington, Ontario.

The sewage system comprises a Class 4 sewage system with a rated capacity of 1,600 litres per day.

We have issued an amended ECA No. A030303 to Waste Management of Canada Corporation (WM), to adjust the hours of operation of the Township of Enniskillen Transfer Station that operates on WM property located at 4052 Oil Heritage Road, in Petrolia, Ontario, and update the ECA to reflect the site conditions.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-4398194687 has been issued to Haliburton Highlands Outdoors Association for aquaculture purposes. Water will be taken from three wells for aquaculture purposes, located in Haliburton, Ontario.

The approval is granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of subsurface sewage disposal works rated at 19,311 litres per day, to service a resort located at 41 Willow Lane, in the Town of Cherry Valley.

Permit to Take Water No. 3010-DS8QDJ has been issued to Wyldewood Golf and Country Club renewing Permit to Take Water No. 6466-A8AL68 for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one pond and one watercourse located in Milton, Ontario.
