Permit to Take Water No. P-300-7412971813 was issued to Kimberly-Clark Inc. to renew Permit to Take Water No.1434-BKSSXN for manufacturing purposes. Water will be taken from three sources (1 river and 2 wells) located in Huntsville, Ontario for 10 years.

The application was cancelled by the Ministry at the proponent's request.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1396855683 was issued to 2763605 ONTARIO LIMITED. Water will be taken from four wells for water supply and food processing washing purposes in Arthur, Ontario.

Certificate of Property Use No. 3251-DTZFDV for 2157 to 2183 Lawrence Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario, was issued to owner of the property as part of their development plans for the site.

This approval is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for the existing stormwater management facility constructed to support the industrial building expansion works including collection, conveyance, treatment, and discharge of stormwater runoff from the site.

An amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval (waste disposal site) No. 4462-AD6P6S was issued to 781998 Ontario Inc., for a non-hazardous solid waste transfer facility located in the Township of Champlain, Ontario.

The amendment is for an orientation change & other site modifications.

We have made a new regulation and taken related actions to replace the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) with a streamlined process under the Environmental Assessment Act. The new process takes effect Jan 1, 2027 and focuses requirements on more complex projects and includes an archaeological assessment process for other projects.
